Jay moved to Los Angeles 22 years ago and has been working professionally as a photographer during the past 14 years. 10 years ago he moved to Laguna Beach where he currently resides. Since then Jay has been recognized for his talent by The APA and has had several Fine art exhibitions in both Los Angeles and Laguna Beach and he has just completed working on a 10 year documentary about Halloween Costumes .

Fraley received his BFA from Texas Christian University and his MFA from California Institute of the Arts. He has also studied at the Design Center in Pasadena and with Karen Schulman.

He has been specializing in photo digital design for the past eight years, with a strong ability to conceptualize. Jay brings a fresh exciting look to both table top and people photography. Some of his clients include:
